Automatic equipment for collecting particle matter, size lower than 10µ, in inmision and suitable for 8 consecutive samplings

INSTRUMENTATION

Sampling system with a header with special cap to avoid the collection of upper size particles with heater to prevent water condensation in the inside.

Filter system with a mobile valve body that close over a filter holder of nylon ensuring its complete tightening.

Plate with 8 filter holders suitable for 8 consecutive samplings (8 days of autonomy in 24 hours sampling) using membranes of acetate or teflon.

Electronic device for measure and regulate the flow, with two digital gauges who offer instantaneous reading of the sample volume and also the amount of volume per each cycle. Both systems have a reset for adjusting to zero.

Aspiration pump with regulation flow system, to compensate the load loss due to clogging or energy supply fluctuations.

Clock program for the sampling cycle.

Polyester-fiberglass  box with roof, to be used at the open air and frame to fix it on the ground. The header stands out from the equipment with a total height of 2 m above the ground.
