Zero air generator MCV GEN-A0

The zero air generator GEN-A0 from MCV has been designed to provide clean air to perform calibrations, dilutions, moistures and control works in air analysers. It is composed by two modulus split and interconnected: Compressor and reservation tank Purifier modulus for the elimination of the pollutants

It can be used in all the range of automatic analysers for atmospheric pollutants and provides clean air for the combustion of analysers of FID. The compressor unit stops automatically when it reaches the settled maximum pressure. The generator can provide till 10l/min of clean air with an adjustable pressure until 30 PSI, continuously and constantly.

The compressor is mounted with shock absorbers and antichatter stands over the reservation air cylinder. There are special anchors all over the equipment. The modulus for the elimination of pollutants is mounted in a box for 19”rack and has gauges for pressure, flow, operation and connexion of the catalyst furnace.
