Standardized reference method for PM10 and PM2,5
Low volume air sampler for determination of mass concentration PM10 or PM2.5 of suspended particulate matter, filter sample for laboratory determination. Up to 30 filters.
Consists of a set of aspiration vane vacuum pump, suction head, filtration system and electronic system control assembled inside a polyester-fiberglass case outdoor suitable and aluminum support frame that allows floor fixing.
Operation, measurement and flow regulation controlled by a microprocessor and a mass flow meter. Automatic control and constant maintenance of target flow rate with automatic compensation of the pressure drop for filter clogging or voltage fluctuations.
Flow measurment by orifice plate (according to EN 5167).
Continuous measurement of air temperature, humidity and atmospheric pressure. Sample temperature and atmospheric pressure. Sampled filter storage chamber temperature control. (Optionally it can incorporate other atmospheric sensors, like precipitation, speed and win direction and solar radiation).
Interface user via LCD graphic display 240 x 128 dots and keyboard. Internal memory for storage of data and accessible parameters by RS232 / USB, TCP/IP, SD-card and Wi-Fi. ModBus comunication Protocol admitted. Dot matrix printer included.
47mm Ø filter holder. Easy filter change by filter carrier holder. Filter holder valves closing by electromechanical system with filter position detector.
Forced ventilation and internal heating and cooling system for the sampled filter storage chamber under 20ºC with moisture removal and defrost.
PM10 or PM2,5 particles head built according to the specifications of UNE-EN 12341: 2015, with insulated tube connection and air sleeve.
